Black Roses
Popular walking club created in Tubize in 1973.
The club has been affiliated with the Fédération Francophone Belge de Marches Populaires since January 1, 1974.
The first official march organized by the club took place on April 7, 1974.
Why “Black Roses”?
In his time there was a factory in Tubize which made quality white shirts and on all their shirts a black rose was embroidered at the bottom.
When the club was created, the leaders of the time took this famous Black Rose as their emblem and name of the club.
